Product warranty period

In order to help our dear customer to have easy shopping in our website,you have 7 days warranty period (including public holidays) when you received our OBHL products.

If you need to refund the products,please contact our service center within 7 days,providing your name,order number,contact number,name of product to refund or replace,reason of refund or replace and picture of the product etc. Our customer service center will help you for the process.

Things to know before refund

The product should not be used, or polluted, spoiled, the cover of the product should remain complete .Without the above condition, we have no reason to help you exchange or refund the products.

If there is unclear rule, please do directly contact our service center.

 

Refundable indication:
  1. Wrong product sent, cover spoiled during the deliver which influence the contents of the product, product defect, within 7 days after received.
  2. Personally dislike the design of product or the design does not reach your expectation, you may also refund it within 7 days.However, the payment of delivery shall be paid by yourself and contact our customer service before you proceed the refund process.
 
Unrefundable conditions:
  1. Over 7 days of warranty period.
  2. Product being opened and used, polluted, spoiled, scratched etc. 
  3. Outer cover crease mark which does not influence the quality of the product itself.
  4. Cover uncompleted, no receipt, uncomplete stock.
  5. Malevolent refund.
  6. If any discomfort effect and apply  refund the product, there will be non-refundable allowed for the same product in next order if any discomfort effect mentioned again. (Other reasons for refund will be evaluated according to OBHL standard.)

 

Process of refund

  • Replace product:contact customer service center → confirm replacable →product in complete shape and receipt ready → send the product and receipt → after we have received, reconfirm your requirement → new product sent to you.

Payment refund

  1. Credit card:Confirm refunded the product,after received the product,our company will help cancel the amount you have purchased in your credit card bank.
  2. Cash payment:When confirm refunded the product and received by us, our company will help you transfer the amount back to your personal bank account.

 

∴ OBHL company website has the authority to change the rules,and proceed the rules when it is announced in website.
